Dev Lama is active and outstanding poet in Bhutanese Nepali Literature. He is one of the SVIKAROKTI thinker, active campaingner for the greater cause of SVIKAROKTI.
He was born in Bhutan and rear up in Bhutanese Refugee Camp in Nepal. The scarcity and grief of the refugee life tough him real meaning of life and made him feel the importance of SVIKAROKTI.
Professionally, he is health worker. Now he is settled in Georgia USA.
