Tika Ram Rai ‘Aanshu’ was born in Bhutan in June 5th 1970 under Village-‘Jatey’, Block-‘Tendu’, and Distrcit-‘Samchi/Santse’. He holds Bachelor Degree in Science and Nepali Literature. In April 1996 he was evicted from his country because of civil war due to which he became homeless and stateless since from 1996 to 2005. Latter in Nov 27th 2005 he was identified as a Bhutanese Refugee and so he spent as Refugee life till 2012. On Sept 27th 2012 he came to USA with his family through third ‘country resettlement process’. While, when he was in Nepal he served the local community as school administrator and high school teacher. He is currently settled in Kansas, Missouri USA and he switch his profession to Medical interpreter & translator and ES technician in the clinics. An Amateur, extending helping hands to those who suffer from language barrier in Bhutanese community in Kansas City MO.

He is good poet and Nepali writer. He is regarded as learned and high scholar in Bhutanese society. He deserves to be the big part of ‘SVIKAROKTI PHILOSOPHY’ and strong and senior most SVIKAROKTI team member.
