On December 5, 2023, the Svikarokti Foundation proudly hosted the Darjeeling Edition of the Svikarokti Global Tour 2023, marking the 11th anniversary of the Svikarokti Philosophy. The event was a vibrant gathering that brought together litterateurs, journalists, senior citizens, students, social workers, and religious leaders, all uniting to celebrate acceptance and harmony.
The program began with a warm welcome speech by Mukti Baral, setting the tone for the evening. Devika Mangranti served as the MC, guiding the flow of the event with grace and energy. One of the highlights was the presentation by Prof. Dr. Yogesh Khati, who shared an insightful paper addressing caste marginalization in India, a topic that sparked reflection and conversation among participants.
