In celebration of the 11th anniversary of the Svikaorkti Philosophy, Svikarokti Foundation organized the Svikarokti Global Tour 2023, held from November 23 to December 15, 2023, traveling across Nepal and India to spread the philosophy of acceptance, harmony, and sustainable living. The tour was marked by inspiring seminars, cultural exchanges, environmental initiatives, and community dialogues, each event reflecting the heart of Svikarokti: peace, prosperity, and harmony through acceptance.
Highlights of the Journey
Kathmandu, Nepal (Nov 23–24 & Dec 14–15)
The tour began in Kathmandu with a warm arrival, food distribution to the homeless, and a cycling event promoting environmental awareness. A press conference and Green Night followed, leading to the final Kathmandu seminar and meet & greet in mid-December.
Beldagi, Jhapa (Nov 26–27)
In Beldagi, the team visited schools, CMC centers, and temples through a camp tour. The following day featured the Svikarokti Seminar, Green Night, and community engagement.
Dharan Sunsari, Morang (Nov 28)
The day was dedicated to tree plantation, tools handover, and visits to Dharan’s cultural sites. A Svikarokti Seminar capped off the evening, highlighting the link between environment and acceptance.
Khudunabari & Chepti, Jhapa (Nov 29)
The team visited a historical refugee camp in the morning, hosted a seminar at New Hope English Boarding School, and later explored the Chepti Dream Land.
Birtamod, Jhapa (Nov 30)
Birtamod witnessed both a morning seminar and a grand Svikarokti event, gathering participants from across the region.
Gangtok, Sikkim (Dec 3)
The India leg of the tour began with a meet & greet in Gangtok, followed by a Svikarokti event in the afternoon.
Siliguri, Darjeeling (Dec 5)
Here, the philosophy took center stage with discourses and seminars, engaging students, local communities, and intellectuals.
Guwahati, Assam (Dec 6–9)
The final stop in India included a Svikarokti Seminar, Green Night, visits to historic sites and villages, and participation in the Asian Pacific Literary Event, reinforcing the global relevance of the philosophy.
