Denzome Sampang, is a philosopher, thinker, and mentor, best known as the chief promulgator of Svikarokti Philosophy, a conceptual framework focused on judicial, ideal, and equitable recognition of existence. He is the founder of the Svikarokti Foundation, a global initiative dedicated to philosophical awareness, self-acceptance, and consciousness-based leadership. His work integrates philosophy with psychology and spirituality to promote personal transformation and social harmony while improving workplace efficiency.
Denzome Sampang was born in Bhutan and raised in India and Nepal, where he was exposed to diverse cultures, philosophies, and religious teachings. In Nepal he received his early education while working as a school principal and director and teaching as a lecturer where he led young minds towards ethical education and leadership development. Subsequent to his relocation to the United States Denzome Sampang advanced his education and professional skills.
Academically, Denzome holds a bachelor’s degree in business and a master’s degree in IT, specializing in software development and design. Currently, he is pursuing a Ph.D., where his research explores acceptance-based leadership models, human consciousness, and workplace well-being.
