On October 4, 2013, the Global Bhutanese Literary Organization (GBLO) organized two separate Svikarokti workshops for teachers at Panchaoti School and Merigold School in Beldangi III, Damak, Jhapa, Nepal.
The workshops were facilitated by Denzome Sampang, promulator of Svikarokti, along with his mentor team: Patalo Antare, Chatra Dangal, Badal Thapa, and Susan Majhi. Together, they introduced the philosophy of Svikarokti, emphasizing acceptance, peace, and positive transformation as guiding principles for teachers and their students.

The sessions, held exclusively for teaching staff, encouraged participants to reflect on how Svikarokti values could be applied inside and outside the classroom. With support from Caritas Nepal, the program ran successfully and sparked meaningful dialogue.
Teachers who attended shared encouraging feedback. Many expressed that the workshop offered them a new way of understanding acceptance, while others noted how the ideas could help reduce conflict in classrooms and create a more supportive environment for learning. Several teachers commented that the session felt not only practical but also deeply personal, inspiring them to carry these values into their daily lives.
The workshops ended on a hopeful note, with teachers voicing appreciation for the initiative and a commitment to nurture compassion and resilience among their students.
