On September 14, 2024, the Svikarokti Foundation successfully hosted the Canada edition of the Svikarokti Global Tour 2024 at the Pine Pavilion, University of Alberta, Parkland County, AB. The event, held against the breathtaking landscapes of Canada, became a transformative gathering of philosophy, music, and community spirit.

Sharing Hope, Spreading Kindness
The highlight of the program was the series of Svikarokti Discourses, which inspired participants to reflect on acceptance, equity, and harmony as guiding principles for life. Attendees described the discussions as thought-provoking and deeply moving, resonating with the philosophy’s call for responsibility and compassion.
The evening also came alive with musical performances by Kiran Gajmer, the winner of Voice of Nepal Season 3, along with local artists and presenters. Their performances added cultural vibrancy, blending art with the philosophy of Svikarokti in a way that touched the audience on many levels.

A Cause with a Purpose
The event was offered with complimentary entry, and attendees generously supported the cause through donations. All contributions were directed toward Hunger Relief Efforts, turning the celebration into an act of kindness that reached beyond the venue.
Community at the Core

Organized by the Svikarokti Foundation in collaboration with GBLO (Global Bhutanese Literary Organization) and media partners Global Post Info and Nepali Sahitya Parishad, the event showed the power of community when art, literature, and philosophy come together for a meaningful cause.
An Inspiring Gathering
The Canada edition of the tour was not just an event but a movement—one that encouraged participants to live with acceptance and compassion, while spreading hope and kindness in their communities.
